Alice’s Cheesy Potato Bake

8 potatoes, cooked & diced
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 jar stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix all ingredients with the potatoes. Bake in oven a 350° oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and thoroughly heated through.
