2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
1 (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 egg
2 T. milk
Seasoned croutons, crushed
Mix cheese and potatoes. Add seasoning. Shape into little balls. Beat egg and milk. Roll each ball in egg and milk, then in crushed croutons. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
