Golden Parmesan Potatoes (1)

6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter

Peel and quarter potatoes and toss in bag with seasonings. Pour butter over. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan at 375° for 1 hour.
