1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) ctn. sour cream
Mix all together in a large bowl. Place in 9×13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
