Potatoes (as many as you like)
Butter (1 T. for each potato)
Milk (2 T. for each potato)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Peel potatoes. Cut into quarters and put into a pan with enough water to cover them. Cover pan and bring to a boil. Boil until soft; drain. Add remainder of ingredients; mash.
