Overnight Mashed Potatoes

9 lg. potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) ctn. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
2 T. butter

Mash potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 12.

Note: Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
