Potato Balls

2 c. mashed potatoes
2 T. green onion & tops
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
Form into balls, roll into beaten egg and then corn flake crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
Cheese Baked Hash Browns
2 lb. frozen hash browns*
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
*Shredded is better than chunks.

Mix and put in 9×13-inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
