Potato Bread (3)

4 c. water, warm
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
5 tsp. sugar

Let rest 10 minutes.

1 c. warm water over 2/3 c. potato buds
4 tsp. salt
5 T. butter or lard
2/3 c. powdered milk
Flour (about 11 c.)

Mix and knead. Let rise, punch down, let rise again. Put in greased bread pans, let rise. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
