6 potatoes, cubed
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 onions, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 T. salt
5 c. water
Sprinkling of chives
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
