Quick Dill Potatoes

2 1/2 c. cubed, pared potatoes
2 T. finely-chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. light cream
Dried dill weed

Combine potatoes, onion, salt and 1/3 cup boiling water. Cover, and cook about 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cream, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with dried dill weed and pepper. Serves 4.
