Roadside Potatoes

3 c. half & half
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat cream and butter together; add salt. Place thawed potatoes in a 9×13-inch pan. Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Goes good with barbeque meat balls.
