Shoestring Salad

1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. cut-up celery
1 c. tuna or chicken
Enough onion to taste
1 can shoestring potatoes

Take salad dressing and mix with 2 tablespoons milk and carrots, meat and onion. Refrigerate until ready to use. Then toss in shoestring potatoes and mix well; serve.
