Turkey Stuffing

(for a 15 to 18 lb. turkey)

4 qt. bread crumbs (day-old)
3 c. potatoes, boiled & sliced
3 to 4 stalks celery
1/2 c. diced onion
Sage, to taste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine above ingredients; mix well. Stuff lightly; do not pack stuffing tight.
