Baked Potato Wedges

4 lg. unpeeled, quartered potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 T. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 T. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Dip quarters into melted butter and spice mixture. Arrange skin-side-down on pan. Drizzle remainder of butter on potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350° to 375°. Leftovers are good for fried potatoes.
