3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. beer
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. instant potato flakes
Combine all ingredients. Dip fish in batter and deep-fry. Variation: May add 1 envelope onion soup mix for a different flavor.
