2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. chopped raisins
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix sugar, butter and eggs; add mashed potatoes, cocoa, spices and vanilla. Add milk alternately with flour. Then add nuts and raisins. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan, about 45 minutes at 350°.
