Dill Weed Potatoes

4 lg. potatoes, unpeeled
2 T. butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Cut potatoes into small chunks. Place on aluminum foil. Salt and pepper, to taste. Add chunks of butter; sprinkle with dill weed. Fold and seal. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
