Leftover Au Gratin Potatoes

1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese
5 c. cooked, shredded potatoes
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. milk
1 T. prepared mustard

Make white sauce of flour, milk, cheese and salt. Pour over potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
