Lemony New Potatoes (2)

1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 T. olive oil
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. minced chives
1 tsp. tarragon or thyme
Salt & pepper, to taste
Juice & grated rind of 1 lemon

Cook potatoes; peel and keep warm. Melt butter with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients; heat through. Pour hot sauce over hot potatoes. Makes 4 servings.
