Lemony New Potatoes (1)

1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 T. olive oil
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. chives
1 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper, to taste
Juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon

Cook potatoes with skins and keep warm. Melt butter with olive oil and heat through with remaining ingredients. Pour over new potatoes. Serves 4.
