Tater Tot Hot Dish (1)

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 (12 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. tater tots
1/4 c. diced onion
Salt & pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. In Dutch oven, layer ground beef, frozen vegetables and tater tots. Mix soup and milk together; add salt and pepper to taste, and pour over layers. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
